A 12 month contract to carry out the redecoration works to this historic Grade 1 listed town hall dating back to 1724 for main contractors Linford Bridgeman.
The works involved the restoration of the original courtroom, prisoner cells and other ancillary rooms using mineral paints and other traditional finishes. This fine building was then re-opened by Princess Anne.
