Will you keep our home tidy whilst working?
We treat your home with respect and always use dust sheets, lightweight plastic sheeting and clean up each day and on completion.
Are your employees qualified?
All of our employees are City & Guilds qualified to NVQ Level 2 or above in Decorative Finishing and Industrial Painting and are all trained in asbestos awareness. We are CSCS registered and have employees trained in mobile access platform use.
Do you supply your own scaffolding?
Where necessary we will supply a separate quotation for scaffolding. The client can obtain their own quotation if required.
Do you carry out carpentry repairs?
We assess any potential repairs and provide written quotations for replacement by our carpenter or by the Care Repair Resin System. The clients can obtain their own quotations if they so wish.
Do you carry out plastering & rendering ?
We carry out all aspects of internal & external rendering and plastering works including lime plastering.
Will you ask for payment up front ?
We never ask for payment up front. If the materials element is large or the contract is lengthy then we will ask for a stage payment 14 days into the works. The remainder is invoiced on completion.
