External and internal redecoration of the communal areas of this former bonded tobacco warehouse now converted into contemporary apartments.
The external works were carried out using a combination of fixed scaffolding and mobile access equipment in order to minimise disruption to residents and reduce security risks.
Internally, birdcage style scaffolding was erected to access the steel roof structure.
